Instructions

1. Prepare the Base Ingredients

Start by prepping all your ingredients so the cooking process flows smoothly. Finely dice the onion, mince the garlic, and shred or slice the fresh mozzarella if it is not pre-prepared. Break the lasagna noodles into large rustic pieces. This step is important because skillet lasagna relies on a more relaxed, layered structure rather than perfect sheets.

2. Heat the Oil and Build Flavor
